Application procedure

Applicants must fill in the relevant application form for member-led activities. Below you can download the application forms relevant to the current call:

Workshops, seminars and conferences: Application form [Word, 29KB]

Applications must include a draft activity budget, where the budget lines are clearly specified. If the budget is higher than the DDRN ceiling, additional funding sources must be identified elsewhere and the status of the funding must be specified (e.g. applied/to be confirmed/confirmed).

  • Applications will be assessed at the subsequent DDRN board meeting, to be held approx. two weeks after the application deadline
  • Applicants will receive notification of the decision of the board no later than two weeks after the board meeting
  • Applications not meeting the conditions that apply for the specific activity will be rejected and are not assessed by the board
  • Applications should be sent to DDRN secretariat (info@ddrn.dk) by email as a MS Word document or pdf file. Each application will be acknowledged when received.

Assistance from DDRN secretariat
The DDRN secretariat can provide assistance regarding:

  • Announcement of the activity
  • Dissemination of workshop proceedings, visit reports, and other activity related documents
  • Venue booking if the activity is held at Department of Geography and Geology, University of Copenhagen
